The village's cricket club is very successful in the Hunts league and the Rutland league fielding 5 teams in all, as well as a youth squad ranging from U17 to U9. Youth cricket coaching is very dear to the heart of the club. It is very proud of its ECB clubmark accredition. The pavilion hosts a licensed bar and is open most weekends - come and while away some time - enjoy a cool drink in the midst of beautiful countryside, listen to the mellow sounds of leather on willow and rest a while!
