Replacement of the Sports Pavilion at the Playing Field

This project has progressed to an exciting point - initial plans have been drawn up for the next consultation stage and application funding for stage 1 has been approved. The first stage will be a purpose built preschool unit.

The plans have been revised from the earlier ones and the siting of the building has been considered in some depth.  The issue is that there has to be sufficient parking for users of the facilities, but at the same time, the cricket field will be compromised if the building is too far 'forward'.

The plans are in the process of being redrawn and will be presented for consideration when suitable plans are availble
