The programme of events , which has been designed in part to make the whole weekend as easy as possible for the host families,is as follows: |

| Arrival Thursday 13th May, late afternoon | Dinner with hosts that evening - the visitors will be very tired as it is a long journey, so nothing too draining (chip van night?? - très English!) |
| Friday 14th May |
Visitors are going to Oxford, spending the whole day there, Dinner with host families / small groupings in the evening |
| Saturday 15th May | Free morning, Lunch with hosts. School May Fayre in the afternoon followed by competition for the Ray Stirling Cup (possibly at the playing field) and a hog roast / party in the evening at the church. All food to be provided. BYO drinks |
| Sunday 16th May | Depart early morning - hosts to provide picnic |
