Our friends from St Andre are very keen to share in the ambiance of the UK in our exciting year of the Diamond Jubilee and the Olympics in London.  This is a perfect time to become involved in the twinning.....

The programme of events , which has been designed in part to make the whole weekend as easy as possible for the host families,is as follows:

Arrival Thursday 13th May, early evening 
Dinner with hosts that evening - the visitors will be very tired as it is a long journey as they leave St Andre late evening on Wednesday and travel all night.  They are spending the day in London, so a quick evening is in order (chip van night?? - très English and in general they love Fish & Chips over here!!)
Friday 14th May
Visitors are going off for the day,  We are having the big party on the Friday night this year, which will be at Church,
Saturday 15th May Free morning, Lunch with hosts. School May Fayre in the afternoon followed by competition for the Ray Stirling Cup (possibly at the playing field) The evening is free for individual meals or little groupings. 
Sunday 16th May Depart early morning - hosts to provide picnic
